NED WERT: Well-seasoned   PRESS RELEASE
A contemporary abstract painter for over 40 years, Ned began with realistic work in watercolor in the late 1950's.
Metaphorically speaking, the baby wasn't tossed out with the bath water, rather the underlying representational roots are alive,
despite the deliberate process of deconstruction. Rich in color and gestural discovery, the exhibition will feature over 50 years
of Wert's prolific work alongside recent work.  A catalogue will be available.
