2012 Old Schoolhouse Residence in Mount Joy, PA
Interior Design - Redesign of interior space in keeping with the integrity of the building's meticulous resoration, but accommodating the need for storage, entertaining, library, study and private spaces.
2011 Residence in Portsmouth, NH
Interior Design Consultation - Redesign of kitchen, mudroom and butler's pantry spaces with review of architectural drawings, incorporating client concerns and desires in keeping with the vintage feel of the house. Design and construction of kitchen island feature to be constructed in Lancaster County utilizing salvaged materials, then installed on site.
2010 Residence in Lancaster, PA, School Lane Hills
Interior Design and Project Consultation - Complete redesign of the rear of the house with new addition accommodating new kitchen, mudroom, butler's pantry, powder room, open deck and screened in porch on the first floor. The second floor included master bedroom, two full baths, walk-in closet and laundry room. The basement allowed for the doubling of workshop space accessible to the back driveway.
2009 Residence in Annville, PA
Interior Design, Contracting and Project Management - Complete redesign of kitchen, butler's pantry and great room space with an extension out the back of the first floor which included a laundry room, workshop, walk-in closet and newly configured entry from the drive.
2008 Sheppard and Son Builders, Hershey, PA
Interior Design of upscale spec home, including all exterior and interior finishes, complete kitchen and bath designs
2007-2008 The Loft Residence at Lynden Gallery, Elizabethtown, PA
Interior Design, Contracting and Project Management - Complete design of raw space on the second floor of an old Fire Hall. This adaptive reuse project has a commercial gallery on the first floor, studio and residence on the second floor - the ultimate live/work situation.
2006-2007 Senior Residences at Hanover Shoe, Hanover, Pennsylvania for Pennrose Properties, Philadelphia
Interior Design - Selection, purchasing and installation of furnishings for public spaces and 40 residential units
2005-2006 Lancaster Arts Hotel, Lancaster, PA
Project Manager to the Partners - Coordinating communication and decision making between the Partners and the contractors, working directly with the Architect and Interior Designer, handling purchasing and installation of all furnishings, and providing art and design consultation throughout. An adaptive reuse project of a 1882 Tobacco Warehouse as a 63 room Boutique Hotel
