design studio residential VICTORIAN RENOVATION The house had been long neglected and was in need of slate roof repair, utility updates, porch and plaster wall repair, brick repointing, and window replacements. We purchased the house at auction, and to keep the renovation costs to a minimum I managed construction and design, and we did much of the work ourselves. The house was home to our growing family for 12 years.
